Do-it-Yourself Home Fixes Part 1

If we didn't have any customers, we would not be in business. We cannot survive as a company if we don't get the chance to fix things and just make problems go away. BUT… that being said, there are things that every homeowner should know. There are certain small plumbing repairs around the house that may not warrant a call to RooterPLUS for some of you. Don't get me wrong, if you are uncomfortable making small repairs or checking certain things, there is no job that is too small for us.

I have posted two videos today that will show you how to make these simple adjustments/repairs to your toilet and if done correctly, can save you money.

Both of these video cameras show very basic plumbing repairs that many can do on their own. Some of us are more clever in using our hands in a useful way,and some of us would just rather pick up the phone and have a professional, licensed technician come to our house and make a repair that comes with a warranty. By having this knowledge, you can decide what is best for you.

Doc and Kory assessed the situation and got right to work. They knew exactly what to do and completed the task perfectly. They explained everything throughout the process and pointed out potential issues as they worked. We had an issue in my neighborhood where a water main pipe burst, leaving a giant mess of a leak spewing into the street. We called numerous plumbing companies who all said they couldn't get out in a timely manner. RooterPlus! said no problem, we'll be out asap.Josh came out, assessed the situation and said he had to go get some more supplies. He came back with the necessary supplies and got to work. And he worked and worked and worked from 6pm until 4:30 am! He had to call in reinforcements (Josh 2) and they worked hard as a team to repair the issue. Then they came back out only 5 hours later to put the finishing touches on the job.I think I speak for the entire neighborhood when we say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for being absolute rockstars and getting our neighborhood back up and running.
