Kamron, orlando and ray was very professional and knowledgeable of all questions I had for them. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was cleaned up and the yard was fled in and leveled. They did a great and wonderful job. Also jimbo was also a great help over the phone. Rob and Tommy have been great. the work in front of my building has been taking a few days.. Rob has kept me up to date on what's going on. the guys have been working long into the night. but still seem to not disturb me or the other residents at night... Someone has to do this type of work and Rooter Plus does it well. Everything from making the appointment with Skylar to getting the tank pumped and inspected by Dylan was no problem, no stress. Dylan really knows his trade and is good at it. I have recommended them and will again.

I had my septic pumped in May by a different company and they never gave me any options besides replacing my whole system and Steven gave me several options to choose from for replacing my old worn out system. We decided on doing a full system pump and apply an oxidizer to help with the drain... We decided on doing a full system pump and apply an oxidizer to help with the drain field so that I wouldn’t have to replace everything. I appreciate the fact that he was honest and got the job done quickly. The company has a warranty on their work and that is awesome! I would choose this company over any other from now on. Great job!
