Get Your Septic Tank Inspected Today!

After you give us a call, we will locate your septic tank and uncover the access holes. You do not have to dig up your own tank! Then, along with pumping your tank, we will inspect all aspects of your tank including the baffles, the mainline from your house to your tank, the tank itself, the tail-out line from your tank to your drain field, and your drain field as well. Don't forget to ask us to install risers to your tank so it never has to be dug up again!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q I am not sure where my septic tank is. Can you find it?

A

Our certified technicians are very skilled at finding underground septic tanks. They look at the layout of your property, and then using a probe rod, probe the yard until they find your tank.

Q What if your tech can’t find my tank by probing?

A
If our technician cannot find the tank, then we request a plat map from the county. Often this document can lead us to the tank. Also, we can find the tank electronically by use of a sonde and locator.

Q Do you have to dig up my tank again? My grass is so pretty.

A
Unfortunately, we do need to find the tank and remove the lid. We will not pump your tank through a port hole. The State does not allow that. BUT, ask us about installing a riser, so your tank will never have to be dug up again!

Q Can I flush wipes down the toilet? They say “flushable” on the label.

A

NO! "Flushable" wipes are one of the leading cause of septic issues. They do not breakdown like regular toilet paper.

Q I just had my tank pumped recently and it is already full. What is going on?

A

Septic tanks are designed to always operate at normal capacity. The water industry estimates that a family of four uses about 400 gallons of water a day. It should not surprise you if your tank was pumped on Monday and it is full again by Wednesday.

Q How do I know if I am having septic issues?

A

Common signs of septic problems are sewage puddling in the yard, gurgling or slow to flush toilets, sewage smell in the yard, and water coming back up in a tub or shower drain.

Maintenance Saves Money in the Long Run

By performing regular septic systems maintenance and pumping your tank, you can aid in the prevention of costly repairs or replacements of your system. Poor maintenance is one of the largest contributors to failing septic systems. It is recommended by the state of Georgia to have your septic system pumped every three to five years. Having a septic system that is in need of repairs could lower your property value and also pose a legal liability.

Protect the Environment

Maintaining a septic system helps prevent the spread of infectious diseases and maintains the integrity of water resources. There are many viruses and disease-causing bacteria found within septic systems and a well-maintained system can effectively remove these pollutants. If sewage from a septic system is not maintained it can potentially cause a ground water contamination which is hazardous to human health. It is essential to remain a responsible septic tank owner by performing regular maintenance.

Friendly and punctual

Jason has come to my house three times. Each time he was friendly, punctual, and very clear about the cost of repairs and what kind of work was required. At every step he kept me informed. Outstanding service. Would definitely call on Rooterplus again.

Came through for me

I needed to service my septic tank prior to sodding my backyard. I called 2 other companies prior to RooterPLUS, Both showed up with equipment that couldn't do the job. With only a couple day window available, RooterPLUS came through for me the next morning with the right equipment and a professional and pleasant crew.

Doc and Kory assessed the situation and got right to work. They knew exactly what to do and completed the task perfectly. They explained everything throughout the process and pointed out potential issues as they worked. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I'll definitely use RooterPLUS in the future for my septic tank needs.

Neighborhood rockstars

We had an issue in my neighborhood where a water main pipe burst, leaving a giant mess of a leak spewing into the street. We called numerous plumbing companies who all said they couldn't get out in a timely manner. RooterPlus! said no problem, we'll be out asap.Josh came out, assessed the situation and said he had to go get some more supplies. He came back with the necessary supplies and got to work. And he worked and worked and worked from 6pm until 4:30 am! He had to call in reinforcements (Josh 2) and they worked hard as a team to repair the issue. Then they came back out only 5 hours later to put the finishing touches on the job.I think I speak for the entire neighborhood when we say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for being absolute rockstars and getting our neighborhood back up and running.
