Our Method

RooterPLUS! uses a machine that feeds a spinning cable into the toilet drain unlike some toilet repair companies. The cable has special spring-loaded blades on the tip that will cut through any obstruction while hugging the inside wall of the pipe and thoroughly cleaning it to restore full drainage and powerful flushes.

Our licensed technicians at RooterPLUS offer speedy toilet repair services to solve any toilet problems you may have in your Atlanta home or business. Our specialists are highly trained in toilet clogs, toilet leak repair, toilets lacking flushing power, and toilet replacement when needed.

Blocked Toilet

A blocked toilet is one of the most intimidating issues a homeowner might encounter. The fear arises from the potential for an overflow and subsequent bathroom flood if the toilet is flushed or used while clogged. If you've experienced a blocked toilet (and most of us have), you're all too familiar with this unnerving scenario.

Fortunately, a blocked toilet is typically one of the simplest issues to resolve. Stay calm, avoid excessive flushing, and instead, grab your plunger. The action of the plunger might slightly elevate the water level, but unless the blockage is substantial, your toilet shouldn't overflow. A bit of elbow grease should clear the blockage, returning your toilet to working order.

Dripping Toilet

A dripping toilet could be a consequence of a blocked toilet. However, the cause could also be a deeper blockage within your pipe system, not just the toilet. If the former, the plunging method described above may rectify the situation. However, if the blockage resides further within your pipe system, it may be time to call a certified plumber to identify and address the issue.

Persistently Running Toilet (Unending Water Flow)

A running toilet may have several underlying causes, one common cause being the need for pipe replacement. Suitable pipes can be acquired at any hardware or plumbing supply store. As long as you select the correct size, replacing it simply involves detaching the old pipe and affixing the new one. Don't forget to turn off the water supply before commencing work to avoid creating a mess.

Water Supply Valve Replacement

Another frequent toilet issue might be the need to replace your water supply valve. This problem could also lead to a running toilet or similar issues. Valve kits can be purchased at any plumbing or hardware supply store, and you could perform the replacement yourself if desired. As always, turn off the water supply before initiating any repairs.

The Non-Flushable Toilet If your toilet simply won't flush, mainly if it's a recent installation, it might be time to call in a professional plumber. There can be a multitude of reasons why a toilet won't flush, but a certified plumber can swiftly diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

Oh, No -
Overflow!

If you have ever experienced the feeling of a toilet, not flushing or your bathtub backing up, you are not alone. The helplessness of the water rising in the bowl and spilling onto the floor is devastating. If you have a toilet or bathtub that needs to be plunged, prodded or drain cleaner poured down it on a regular basis, there is a reason.

There is probably an obstruction in the trap or possibly further down the drainpipe. It also may be a sign of a larger problem farther down the main sewer line. Call us and we can clear any obstructions, run a camera down the line, and suggest any toilet or bathtub drain repairs that need to be made.

Save Yourself Some Money

Did you know that 90% of all leaks in a residential plumbing system are found in the toilet tank? Toilets that continuously "run" can waste up to 2 gallons of water per minute! This can add up to thousands of dollars every year for you. If you hear water running in your toilet tank for extended periods after a flush, you may have a small problem that could be costing you big money!

Our certified technicians will find the source of the issue and provide you toilet leak repair to help you get that water bill down. Old and outdated toilets can also be costing you a pretty penny. Most pre-1994 toilets used 3.5 gallons per flush (gpf). Newer "low-flow" toilets use only 1.6 gallons per flush, but they still have the same flushing power as the old 3.5 gpf models. We can recommend and install newer models for toilet replacement that will help you save water, and most of all, save you money.

Came through for me

I needed to service my septic tank prior to sodding my backyard. I called 2 other companies prior to RooterPLUS, Both showed up with equipment that couldn't do the job. With only a couple day window available, RooterPLUS came through for me the next morning with the right equipment and a professional and pleasant crew.

Doc and Kory assessed the situation and got right to work. They knew exactly what to do and completed the task perfectly. They explained everything throughout the process and pointed out potential issues as they worked. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I'll definitely use RooterPLUS in the future for my septic tank needs.

We had an issue in my neighborhood where a water main pipe burst, leaving a giant mess of a leak spewing into the street. We called numerous plumbing companies who all said they couldn't get out in a timely manner. RooterPlus! said no problem, we'll be out asap.Josh came out, assessed the situation and said he had to go get some more supplies. He came back with the necessary supplies and got to work. And he worked and worked and worked from 6pm until 4:30 am! He had to call in reinforcements (Josh 2) and they worked hard as a team to repair the issue. Then they came back out only 5 hours later to put the finishing touches on the job.I think I speak for the entire neighborhood when we say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for being absolute rockstars and getting our neighborhood back up and running.
